Former Royal Tank Regiment Officer and author Charles Messenger asks if the reputation Rommel has gained since 1945 is really merited. Having recently published Rommel: Leadership Lessons from the Desert Fox, he examines Rommel’s exploits in both world wars and examines what makes an effective leader – and how those qualities differ at higher levels of command.
Lecture commences at 19.30pm and Museum doors will open at 18:00, giving you an hour to browse through the Museum. Refreshments are also available in our café. Please note that seats are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
